In 2007, Mr. Ernie Stefanelli co-founded Kaizen Clinical Services with Ms. Donna Watts. Mr. Stefanelli functions as Kaizen’s President but continues to serve Kaizen’s clients as a Clinical Research Consultant.

He has been involved in clinical research for over 14 years, working in all areas of clinical trials, including investigative sites, biotechnology companies and CROs. Within this time, he has managed studies ranging from small phase I studies to global expanded access programs with over 2000 patients. Although, the studies have been primarily in the oncology therapeutic area, other areas of study conducted include, diabetes and psychological disorders.

Mr. Stefanelli graduated from Princeton University and holds a Masters Degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
